What happens if I just want to return the merchandise because I'm unhappy with it or if I just changed my mind?

Table Leg World Inc. offers a "no hassle" return policy. You may return your item(s) to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving date. All returns must be in original re-saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns older than 14 days of receiving date. Most issues can be resolved over the phone by sending a replacement part or by helping you select an item that better meets your needs. Please contact us first by phone 877-492-3552 or e-mail us.

We offer returns on most products, but we have several custom product which are exempt from the return policy. Those products are clearly marked with notes in red in each product page. Any CUSTOM product is excluded from any refunds, please order them very carefully. Ask us questions before you buy, do some research, and make an educated purchase. We will help you the best we can to prevent returns however it costs us on credit card fees and paperwork. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. All components and accessories must be included. We inspect all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria. Please make sure the packaging is done well, since you are responsible for the condition of the legs or bases until they arrive at our warehouse. We can only give credit (excluding freight charges) for returned merchandise that is in 100% re-sellable condition. Please mark your order number on the outside of the box.


How soon will my order arrive?

Our Table Leg World Inc. pledge is to ship stock products within 3-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless the item info says differently (Height adjustable desks for example ship within 5-7 days. Packages normally arrive via UPS ground service between 2 and 6 working days. We have warehouses on the West and East Coast. So depending on where you live and which warehouse your item is shipped out of, it may take 5-10 days.

Next Day Air orders placed before 12:00 pm (EST) will ship the same day. Otherwise we will ship the next day. Custom height orders with take 2 -3 days to process and then shipped at the service you requested.

If your package does not arrive within 2 weeks, call us at 877-492-3442 or email us so that we can trace it. Your item may be lost, and we will make arrangements to have another one shipped out immediately. We take no responsibility for any delays or errors made by the freight carrier. We will assist you in any way to get your product in a timely manner.


What happens if my merchandise comes damaged right out of the box?

We package our products very well, but occasionally this happens. If possible, make a note to the freight carrier during delivery. If you discover the damage after you removed the packaging, please call us at 877-492-3552 to report this. We will file a claim and we will arrange to send you a new item.

Do not throw away anything including the box it arrived in. It will be used as evidence by the carrier to verify that it was mishandled. Please do not use the merchandise in any way. We may then arrange a replacement item to be shipped to you. Every instance will be determined on a case by case basis.


How much will I end up paying for shipping?

We have free freight for orders over $300 or 70 pound in weight! Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on UPS shipping fees. Our minimum ground shipping plus handling fee is $12. We offer a Flat Rate for $39.00, but check the UPS ground fees, they might be lower for your order.

Our FREE FREIGHT applies to orders over $300 in value or over 70 lbs. The computer will calculate this and when you see FREE FREIGHT as an option - then you will not pay a dime for freight.

Our Flat Rate and Free Freight are always ground shipments within the lower 48 states. We ship either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We also have UPS 3 day, 2nd day and Next Day Air shipments available. What happens after I place an order?

After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your credit card has only been authorized - not charged. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the 3-4 day promise, so are custom orders. Next we will email you with the UPS tracking number and estimated arrival date. Your credit card will get charged the night of the shipping day.
